About the Class
Leveraging over a decade of training experience for more than 2,500 students worldwide, Cambridge Computer has partnered with Infinity I/O to provide its vendor neutral SAN Boot Camp which is an excellent mixture of interactive lecture and discussion along with hands-on lab work.

It is a five-day accelerated course by Infinity I/O that provides comprehensive vendor neutral exposure to SAN solutions and supporting technologies such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, IP storage, DAS, NAS, ILM, LAN-FREE Backup, snapshots, and backup bottlenecks. The interactive format encourages students to apply their knowedge in a hands-on lab. Applying their new knowledge of the Fibre Channel protocol, students gain experience with component installation and configuration, build a simple SAN fabric, and explore SAN management applications.

Our field-experienced instructors work alongside students and address selected specifics of individual environments as they correlate to course material. We also boast a state-of-the-art training center, which is equipped with a Storage Area Network (SAN), a Virtual Tape Library (VTL) and individual workstations.
